Why should I run?
Running has become one of my biggest passions in life. When the world and the gyms shut down in 2020, I attempted to run just to move my body. I fell in love. It accidentally became my form of meditation and I became absolutely obsessed with watching my progress week to week, whether it was increasing my miles or getting faster. Running brings me a sense of fun, peace, motivation, freedom, and fulfillment all at the same time. I hope to help as many people as possible to experience this!
When I started running races, that was a game changer. I went from 2 mile road races, to 5ks, half marathons, and now full marathons.
Using my own experience, my training plans, the fundamentals I learned through NASM, and my running couch certification from ISSA, I can coach and support you in running.
